David Lee Headlines Team USA Scrimmage Team

David Lee will join 9 other NBA players as part of a scrimmage team that will help the USA Men’s Senior Team prepare for the FIBA Americas Championship. The scrimmages will take place between August 15-20 and will help the coaches to determine which 12 players will represent the United States in the FIBA tournament being held from August 22-September 3 in Las Vegas, NV.

Andre Iguodala, Al Jefferson, LaMarcus Aldridge, Monta Ellis, Devin Harris, Jason Kapono, Jeff Green Aaron Brooks, and Channing Frye will join Lee on the scrimmage team. Hopefully, Lee can take advantage of his opportunity and show that he deserves to be on the US Senior team in the future. He was one of a handful of players to average a double-double last season and only looks to improve moving forward.
