Knicks Center Jerome James Could Miss Season
New York Knicks reserve center Jerome James, seen here in his regular Knicks uniform, who has missed considerable time over the past two seasons because of aching knees, could require surgery on one of those knees that would sideline him for the entire regular season.
According to the New York Post there is “‘hardware’ in his knee from a 1999 reconstructive surgery to repair a torn ACL [that] is being rejected by his body, causing massive swelling and fluid to build up.” James is hoping that he can play despite the injury and have surgery next summer during the off-season.
James is currently in his third year of a five-year, $30 million contract with the Knicks. Hopefully this doesn’t hinder the team’s ability to cut him.
I hope he dies, and they give the rest of the money we owe him to the fans, like me.
