New York Jets selections:

1. Vernon Gholston, LB/DE, Ohio State – #6 overall – Only choice after McFadden was gone.
2. Dustin Keller, TE, Purdue – #30 overall – Trading up for a tight end is never good in my mind.
3. Dwight Lowery, CB, San Jose State – #113 overall – Can’t have too many defensive backs
4. Erik Ainge, QB, Tennessee – #162 overall – 6’5″ QB from Tennessee, the next Peyton Manning?  Nope.
5. Marcus Henry, WR, Kansas – #171 overall – 6’3″ wide receivers always help
6. Nate Garner, OT, Arkansas – #211 overall – 326 pounds, good enough for me.
