Denver Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of driving while ability-impaired, a reduced charge from the initial driving under the influence he was previously arrested for. Anthony was sentenced to probation and community service and the more serious DUI charge was dropped.
The All-Star will have to perform 24 hours of community service, pay $1,000 in fines, fees and court costs and he will be on probation for one year.
