Ewing, Jr. To Wear #6 for Knicks
I have no idea if there was any talk about Patrick Ewing, Jr. wearing his father's retired #33 with the New York Knicks, as he did at Georgetown University, but it appears he will wear one of his dad's old numbers – his Olympic one.
"I'm going to wear No. 6," said the 6-foot-8, 240-pound forward. "It was my dad's Olympic number, and Bill Russell's number, who was my favorite player."
